Zee’s Wiener System Brings Snap-O-Razzo to Austin’s Hot Dog Renaissance | Austin American-Statesman (July/2026)
Austin’s hot dog scene is having a moment, and Zee’s Wiener System is part of the movement. In a recent feature from the Austin American-Statesman, the pop-up is recognized among the city’s top hot dog spots.
Zee’s Wiener System serves all-beef franks made by Ralph Perrazzo of Snap-O-Razzo, packed with garlic and onion. Grilled and served in a natural lamb casing, the hot dogs deliver the signature snap at the center of Zee’s menu. As the feature puts it, "you might want a bib when you snap into one.”
The feature also highlights Zee’s classic toppings and creative specials, including combinations with bacon jam, refried beans, jalapeño salsa, mayo, and mustard.
