SHELF LIFE:
365 days when maintained Frozen. Thaw Under Refrigeration. Use Unopened packages within 60 days of initiating thaw. Once Opened, use within 7 days.

Hot Dogs: Store frozen until ready for use. Thaw in manufactured sealed packaging under cool running water. Remove hot dogs from all packaging. Heat and serve. For roller grill, you can cook from frozen. After thawing, use within 90 days & store refrigerated.
Buns: Store frozen until ready for use. Thaw package for 3 to 4 hours. Recommended to steam and serve. After thawing, use buns within 5 days.
Sauce: Store frozen until ready for use. Thaw package under cool running water. Empty sauce in pot, heat and serve, or hot hold in steam table. After thawing, use unopened sauce within 90 days. Use opened sauce within 7 days. Refrigerate after opening.
