Snap-O-Razzo Launches Regina's Premium Sausages (May/2026)
Snap-O-Razzo has expanded its lineup with the launch of Regina’s Premium Sausages®, a new breakfast sausage line built around premium ingredients, clean-label standards, and strong foodservice performance.
The debut includes two fully cooked varieties: Natural Cased Cherry Maple Pork Breakfast Sausage and Skinless Red Apple Sage Chicken Breakfast Sausage. Both feature fresh onions and garlic, natural smoke, and formulations designed to reduce cooking shrink while delivering consistent size, flavor, and presentation.
Named in honor of founder Ralph Perrazzo’s late sister, Regina, the new line also carries a personal meaning, with a portion of proceeds going to her three children.
